Braised Chicken with Oyster Sauce in Taiwan Style

Chicken 1/2 pc [chopped into pieces]
Ginger (s) 1/2 Cup [old, slices]
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Taiwan basil 1 sprig


Pure Sesame Oil 4 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 4 tbsp
Cooking Wine 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp

  1. Saute ginger slices and garlic in sesame oil until ginger slices curled up. Add chicken and stir-fry. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, wine and sugar. Stir well on strong heat. Cover and cook on low heat until sauce thickened. Stir in basil and turn off heat.
