Chicken meat 450 g [cut into pieces]
Green onion(s) 120 g [sectioned]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Cantonese Barbecue Marinade 60 ml
Mirin 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Marinate chicken meat for 10 minutes.
  2. Alternate all ingredients on bamboo skewers.
  3. Heat oil and pan-fry chicken until cooked.  Add sauce mix and cook until heated through.
