Chicken fillet 500 g [cut into pieces]
Courgette 1 pc [cut into 12 pieces]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [Green, cut into 12 pieces]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [Red, cut into 12 pieces]
Button Mushroom (s) 12 pcs [fresh]
Cherry tomato (es) 12 pcs


Hoisin Sauce 6 tbsp
Dry Sherry 3 tbsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Thread chicken, courgette, bell peppers, button mushrooms and tomatoes onto bamboo skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill.  Grill the kebabs for about 12 minutes or until cooked.  Brush with any remaining marinade from time to time.  Kebabs can also be baked or barbecued.

    Makes 12 skewers
