Baked Fish and Spaghetti in Coconut Curry Sauce

Spaghetti 120 g
Grouper 200 g [fillet, cut into pieces]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Green, shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Red, shredded]


Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Coconut milk 150 ml

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Marinate fish fillet and pan-fry in 2-3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Add the peppers and stir well. Drain.
  3. Arrange spaghetti, bell peppers and fish on a baking dish. Pour on sauce mix. Bake at 190C/375F hot oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden yellow.
