Pan-fried Goose Liver with XO Sauce

Goose liver 350 g [cut into 8 pieces]
Corn starch [for dusting]
Fresh vegetables [for serving]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Pepper to taste
XO Sauce 3 tbsp
Sauce for Sweet & Vinegar Spare Ribs 1 tsp
Finely diced apple 2 tbsp
Finely diced canned pineapple 2 tbsp
Canned pineapple syrup 1 tsp

  1. Mix goose liver with marinade and dust with corn starch.
  2. Pan-fry goose liver in 2-3 tbsp oil until both sides are golden yellow. Drain and put on a serving plate.
  3. Put seasoning mix on goose liver. Serve with fresh vegetables.
