Coconut Curry with Chicken and Zucchini

Chicken breast meat 400 g [skinless, thinly slicked]
Zucchini 300 gsliced
Sauce for Coconut Curry Vegetables 1 packet
Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tbsp
Sunflower Oil 1/2 tbsp

  1. In a large wok or fry pan heat the oil. When hot, add the chicken and fry at high heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. When the chicken is cooked, add zucchini and stir fry for 1 minute, add Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Coconut Curry Vegetables. Heat through and serve.

    To Serve: Serve with steamed rice or noodles
