Chicken drumsticks with skin on 8 pcs
Ready Sauce for Teriyaki Beef 100 g
Tomato sauce ¼ cup
Dark brown sugar ¼ cup
Kecap Manis ¼ cup
Sambal Olek 2 tbsp.
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tbsp.
Salt flakes 2 tsp
Combine all the ingredients together and place onto a baking paper lined oven tray. Roast at 180°C for 45 minutes, basting often.
Remove the chicken from the oven and strain the sauce into a saucepan. Boil until reduced and slightly thick. Pour back over the chicken and roast at 160°C for 15 minutes.
Present with an Asian slaw.
