Turkey Pizza with Hoisin Sauce

Kid's Favorite

Plain flour 250 g [size 22cm diameter]
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant yeast 2 tsp
Water 150 ml [warm]
Olive oil 2 tbsp


Salt 1/4 tsp
White pepper to taste
Hoisin Sauce 125 ml
Sliced Turkey breast 500 g
Grated mozzarella cheese 200 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Red onion 1 pc

  1. To make the pizza base, mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Gradually pour in water and mix well. Add olive oil and knead to form a dough. Roll out to 12 inch/30.5 cm round shape pizza base. Bake pizza at 200C/400F preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Mix turkey breast with marinade. Pan-fry sliced turkey in 2 tbsp olive oil until golden yellow. Add red onion and stir well.
  3. Mix cooked turkey and shredded red onion with half Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce as pizza toppings. Set aside.
  4. Sprinkle half grated mozzarella cheese on pizza crust. Arrange toppings on cheese evenly. Spread remaining Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce on topping and sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake pizza at 230C/450F preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
