Stir-fried Black Bean Garlic Chicken with Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Back of chicken 300 g [chopped into pieces]
Shallots 120 g [sliced]
Garlic 10 pcs [sliced]
Ginger (s) 30 g [cut into big dices]
Salt 2 tsp
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [white parts, sectioned]
Chili 2 pcs [Red, small, cut into rings]
Double Deluxe Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Black Bean Garlic Sauce 2 tsp
Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp
Corn starch and water solution 1/2 tbsp


Marinade

Chicken Bouillon Powder 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp


Directions
  1. Marinate chicken for 1 1/2 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Pan-fry chicken, skin side first.
  3. Stir-fry shallots, garlic, ginger and salt. Add green onions, red chilies, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce and fry on high heat. Finally, add Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, corn starch solution and stir well.
