“Lee Kum Kee China Master Chefs - Exchange of Chinese Culinary Culture” was held in Australia and New Zealand

At mid of November 2016, Lee Kum Kee held “Lee Kum Kee China Master Chefs - Exchange of Chinese Culinary Culture” in Sydney, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. Lee Kum Kee Executive Vice President – Greater China & NAP Mr. Tse, Tin Lok and 12 China Master Chefs attended the event, during which they communicated with local industry on the development and changes of Chinese Culinary industry.

The theme of the events is “good taste with high profit”. The Master Chefs shared their experience on how to create delicious dishes with Lee Kum Kee sauces and simple local fresh ingredients. Master Chefs also demonstrated their advanced cooking skills which provided a good opportunity for the industry and young chefs to exchange the Chinese Culinary Culture.

The event not only displayed the essence of Chinese Cuisine and Master Chefs’ fantastic skills, but also assisted Lee Kum Kee further promote Chinese Culinary Culture in Australia and New Zealand.
