Stir-fried Crabs with Oyster Sauce
Crab(s)1 kg [dried and cut into pieces]
Green onion(s)4 pcs [sectioned]
Corn starch1/2 Cup [for dusting]
Freshly Minced Ginger 2 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 60 ml
Sugar 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
- Dust crabs with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil. Saute minced ginger, garlic and green onions. Add crabs and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
- Stir in thickening and cook until thickens.
