Fruity Curry Chicken- Indian Style
Chicken meat150 g [cut into pieces]
Canned pineapple and flesh of apple 150 g [cut into pieces]
Plain yogurt 3 tbsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Curry Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
- Mix chicken meat with marinade.
- Stir-fry Lee Kum Kee Curry Sauce in 1 tsp oil until fragrant. Add chicken meat and stir-fry until done. Add pineapple, apple, yogurt, water and cook for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Stir in raisins, Garam Masala and cook until heated through.
