Pan-fried Salmon with Assorted Bell Peppers

Ingredients

Salmon fillet 350 gcut into pieces
Bell pepper (s) 120 g [Assorted bell peppers shredded]


Marinade

Salt 1/2 tsp
White Pepper a dash
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Sweet Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Minced garlic 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Water 4 tbsp


Directions
  1. Mix salmon with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry salmon in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Put on a serving plate.
  3. Stir-fry bell peppers in remaining oil for a short while. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fried salmon fillet.
