Braised Seafood and Beancurd in XO Sauce

Shrimp(s) 120 g [meat, deveined and dried]
Fish fillet 90 g [diced]
Soft bean curd/Soft tofu 2 pcs
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [diced]
Green onion(s) 1 tbsp [diced]
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Seafood XO Sauce 3 tbsp


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Water 5 tbsp

  1. Mix shrimps and fish with marinade.
  2. Cut bean curd into 2 cm cubes, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt for 5 minutes.  Cook inboiling water for 2 minutes.  Drain and keep warm.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Saute minced garlic and onion till fragrant.  Add shrimps, fish and Lee Kum Kee XO Seafood Sauce.  Stir-fry until done.
  4. Add sauce mix and heat through.  Pour over bean curd and sprinkle with green onion.
