Fried Fish with XO Sauce

Ingredients

Fish fillet 350 g [cut into pieces]
Corn starch [for dusting]
Red chili & Chinese parsley [for topping, optional]
XO Sauce 3 tbsp


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp


Directions
  1. Mix fish fillet with marinade and dust with corn starch.
  2. Pan-fry fish in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Stir in Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and heat through. Sprinkle with red chili and parsley.
